German sausage producer

The most prestigious German sausage producer in Spain hires ACCODE for the valuation of all the assets of its Barcelona plant, both machinery and real estate. Founded in 1921, the Barcelona factory has been characterised by the production of high quality sausages and cold meats, distributed exclusively through the catering channel.

The scope of the project consisted of inventorying and valuing all assets (machinery and real estate) with a multiple objective of calculating goodwill and adjustments in the framework of a corporate transaction, adjusting insurance coverage values and calculating the financing potential secured with these assets. The project has met all expectations and ACCODE has been congratulated by the client.
