Airport operator: asset valuation of catering contracts

The world's largest airport operator has hired ACCODE to value the assets that must revert to its favor once the concession contracts for catering points at one of its main airports expire. The project has been carried out in coordination with the technicians responsible for restoring the central services and the airport itself, and has consisted of the physical identification of the affected assets, their reconciliation with the respective service contracts and the assignment of a value to each of them based on their current state.

The execution costs of the space adaptation works carried out by the different operators have also been estimated. All contracts have been closed satisfactorily and no claims have been made in any sense, with the new award of the service being planned in the coming weeks.
