Real estate portfolio

One of the largest real estate groups in Spain has engaged ACCODE to value a major portfolio of properties made up of hotels, industrial buildings, sports complexes and marinas. The valued assets are located on the Catalan Costa Brava. The work consisted of visiting all the properties in order to verify measurements, gather all legal and urban planning information, as well as confirm their actual use. The valuation results made it possible to update the book values of the owning company, as well as to update its insurance policies. The work is expected to be replicated on a second batch of assets over the coming months.
