Industrial pastry manufacturer

A major private equity fund has engaged ACCODE to conduct an industrial due diligence review for a potential acquisition. The company under analysis is a manufacturer of high quality traditional industrial pastry products. It has a fully equipped production facility in central Spain. The scope of work included the analysis of all industrial processes and management tools, the validation of the CAPEX plan for the next 5 years, as well as an audit of the condition of the machinery fleet. The work was carried out during March 2026, including the various plant visits and meetings with the different managers of the company. The results were fully satisfactory, and the transaction is expected to take place during the first half of 2026.
