Frozen vegetable producer: asset valuation

One of the largest producers of frozen vegetables in Europe trusts ACCODE to value the assets of its plant in Texas at market value. It is the most modern production plant for fruit and vegetable products in the USA and has the most advanced technology in order to comply with the demanding standards imposed by the US authorities (FDA). The objective of the valuation was to update the financial statements of the US subsidiary according to the Spanish General Accounting Plan, International Accounting Standards and USGAAP. Likewise, the travel of ACCODE consultants was used to update the values specified in the damage insurance policies.
