Manufacturer of structures for wind generation

One of the main manufacturers of structures for the wind generation industry has hired ACCODE for the valuation of the assets of its plant in Argentina. This plant has a constructed area of 30,000m2 and has two complete lines for manufacturing towers for wind turbines and “ monopiles ” for installation in the sea (“ off shore ”). The scope of the valuation project has included both personal and real property.

The project has been developed for two weeks during which ACCODE has sent a team of experts to Argentina. The US dollar has been used as the working currency and local witnesses have been taken to determine the values of non-exportable assets. Our client has used the results of the valuation project to update the values of insurance policies and to make some accounting adjustments.
