Manufacturing and distribution of small electrical equipment

A major private equity fund has engaged ACCODE to conduct an industrial due diligence review for a potential acquisition. The company under analysis is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of small electrical equipment. It has two production sites in Spain and sales offices in several countries. The scope of work included the analysis of all industrial processes and management tools, the validation of the CAPEX plan for the next 5 years, as well as an audit of the condition of the machinery fleet. The work was carried out during February 2026, including the various plant visits and meetings with the different managers of the company. The results were fully satisfactory, and the transaction is expected to take place during the first half of 2026.
