Metal parts sintering industry

A major Indian automotive group has engaged ACCODE to value assets for the purpose of carrying out the PPA, Purchase Price Allocation, following the recent acquisition of an industrial company dedicated to the sintering of metal parts. The project involved the valuation of industrial assets as well as real estate and industrial facilities. The scope of the project also included the valuation of the acquired brand and other intangible assets such as the customer portfolio and patents developed by the acquired company. The fieldwork was carried out during December, and the value was calculated as of 31/12/2025, reflecting the adjustments arising from the valuation of the assets.
