National masterbatche manufacturer

The largest European capital investment fund in industrial companies has hired ACCODE to value the industrial assets of its latest investee. It is a national producer of masterbatches, additives for the plastic processing sector that are used to provide final products with certain characteristics such as barrier, filter, color, etc.

The scope of the project has included both productive assets and real estate. The work not only contemplated the valuation of the assets, but also an investment plan was developed over a 10-year time horizon in order to comply with the business investment plan. The project was developed during the month of April and has allowed our client to have a precise diagnosis of the situation of the productive means of the investee and the CAPEX forecast for the coming years.
