Producer of premium wines

One of the largest producers of premium wines nationwide has hired ACCODE for the valuation of its industrial assets in all its wineries, spread throughout Spain and covering all Denominations of Origin. The work has been carried out during the months of July and August, just before the harvest in the different D.O. The objective of the project was multiple, the results having been used to update insurance policies, to check possible signs of accounting deterioration and to explore the possibilities of obtaining financing by providing said assets as collateral to potential financiers.

The work has been carried out within a really contained period but without conditioning the quality and precision of the results, the ACCODE consultants being congratulated by both the client and the insurance broker and the account auditor.
