The largest industrial laundry in Spain

The largest industrial laundry in Spain has hired ACCODE to carry out an assessment of its industrial assets in its centers in Girona and Mallorca, as well as the fleet of collection and delivery trucks to the different hotels to which it provides its services. The assets analyzed in this project are considered the state of the art of the sector due to their high energy efficiency and low water consumption, in addition to offering maximum productivity and, therefore, the most competitive costs to the different hotel chains.

The objective of the work was the contribution of said assets as collateral guarantee in a financing project for new investments. All financiers have accepted the ACCODE report as a true assessment of the guarantees provided.
